Eddy Bekkers， 中国政法大学数据法治研究院国际经济与全球事务荣誉教授，世界贸易组织 （WTO）研究经济学家，构建首个系统性量化框架，破解非关税措施（NTMs）对全球价值链的隐性壁垒，研究成果被欧盟委员会纳入《贸易壁垒评估白皮书》。开发动态一般均衡模型（DGE），实现技术性贸易壁垒（TBT）、卫生与植物检疫措施（SPS）的福利效应精准测算，成为WTO成员国谈判核心依据。首创“数字监管强度指数”，定量揭示数据本地化政策对服务贸易的抑制效应，推动OECD-EU数字贸易协定条款优化。

Research Economist at the World Trade Organization (WTO). Construct the first systematic quantitative framework to break through the hidden barriers of non-tariff measures (NTMs) to the global value chain. The research results were incorporated into the "White Paper on Trade Barrier Assessment" by the European Commission. Dr. Bekkers develops a dynamic general equilibrium model (DGE) to accurately measure the welfare effects of technical barriers to trade (TBT) and sanitary and phytosanitary measures (SPS), which has become the core basis for negotiations among WTO member states. Pioneered the "Digital Regulatory Intensity Index" to quantitatively reveal the inhibitory effect of data localization policies on service trade and promote the optimization of the terms of the OECD-EU Digital Trade Agreement.
